As a child, Dr. Mynster received his first chiropractic adjustment at age eight and continued care throughout his teens. After serving in the Army and a brief career as an Air Traffic Controller, he decided to return to school and become a chiropractor.
Education: Dr. Mynster graduated from Logan Chiropractic College in 1985. He then moved from St. Louis, MO to Nashville, TN and started his practice in 1986.
In addition to his Chiropractic degree, he received DIPLOMATE status from the
AMERICAN BOARD of Clinical NUTRITION in 1990.
With his years of constant, ongoing education and experience, Dr. Mynster is passionate about educating people in the importance of chiropractic and nutritional care. Additionally, by eliminating interference in the nervous system and reducing inflammation, the nervous system and organs can function properly. Your whole body can function at a higher level—even your organs and cells! His integrative approach (Functional Medicine) is a natural way to support the healing process by providing your body with the foods it needs and eliminating toxins or food that are inflammatory in nature.
Enjoying Life:
When he’s not at work, Dr. Mynster is passionate about making memories with his family, including his wife, daughter, son-in-love and two grand-loves. He enjoys mornings on the deck for coffee with his bride, naps on the beach, anything World War II, gardening, and his forever project, tidying the garage.
